All of of our pieces are 316L implant grade surgical stainless steel

We're a group of girls that are 100% Californian made. Most of us are from the Los Angeles area.
3. Is OUFER a cruelty free, fair-trade and environmentally friendly brand?
The short answer is yes. The long answer is that we have went above and beyond to actual handcrafting, designing and sourcing all our elements that go into an OUFER piece locally, everything you see here was made right here at home in California. We are 100% cruelty free, fair trade and sustainable.
4. How do I care for my OUFER jewelry?
Wash your jewelry with a mild soap and warm water as to not irritate your piercings. Be sure to dry with a clean towel right away as to prevent rust build up.
5. What size plug gauge am I?
There is no universal sizing for plugs, what we did was listed our plug measurements in both inches and millimeters so as to make sure you can measure yourself.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation (excludes weekend and holidays).

3. What shipping carriers do you use?
Depending on your local courier, your delivery varies. Generally all orders are shipped via DHL or UPS.
- Return items must be in new condition. (Safety)
- Return items must include all original packing and contents including accessories
- Return items must be unused/unworn
- Return must be received within 15 days of delivery date*
- No returns will be accepted on items made from 14k Gold or Sterling Silver, Custom or Personalized items.
- *Please Note: A 25% restocking fee is charged for items returned outside of the fifteen (15) day return window.
2. How do I return an item?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item to return
- Item condition
- Why item is being returned
- We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS.
3. How will OUFER resolve my return?
We process store credits for the cost of the item with no exceptions. Because of nature or our product, Refunds are not an option.
Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.
Print the authorized return and include it in your return packaging. Please send your return items and return authorization form to the address provided within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase date.
4. I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?
When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your store credit for the return.
