1. What grade is your jewelry?

All of of our pieces are 316L implant grade stainless steel, 6Al-4V-Eli ASTM F-136 titanium, also the 14K solid gold, 9K solid gold, others like the silicone material.

2. How do I care for my OUFER jewelry?

Wash your jewelry with a mild soap and warm water as to not irritate your piercings. Be sure to dry with a clean towel right away as to prevent rust build up.

3. What size plug gauge am I?

There is no universal sizing for plugs, what we did was listed our plug measurements in both inches and millimeters so as to make sure you can measure yourself.

2. How long does it take for Oufer Body Jewelry to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation (excludes weekend and holidays). 

The shipping delivery is determined to your country.

Usually, in normal weather and shipping environment:

for United States, it is about 3-6 days.

For United Kingdom, it takes about 8-12 days.

For Canada, it takes about 10-15 days.

4. What shipping carriers do you use?

Depending on your country local courier, your delivery varies. For example, if you are in United States, generally orders are shipped via USPS, DHL or UPS. 

If you are in United Kingdom, it is the local Royal Mail.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email include the tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper. You can check your order status there.
