OUFER Body Jewelry places a strong emphasis on the quality of our items and shipping services to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your item, we have established this policy to better serve you for returns or refunds.

 

Return or Refund Condition

 

Items with Quality Problems:

If the item you received has any quality issues, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at support@ouferbodyjewelry.com. Kindly provide your order number and images of the item in question.

Items with No Quality Problems but You Want to Return:

If you are dissatisfied with the design or made an incorrect size choice for the jewelry, you can contact us to initiate a return. Upon receiving the items in unused, new condition with the original packaging, we will issue a refund. 


The Cost of Return:

For Items with Quality Issues: If the items have quality issues, we will cover all shipping fees associated with the return.

For Items with No Quality Issues but You Want to Return:

  • For stainless steel, titanium, acrylic, and silicone items, the return shipping fee is your responsibility.
  • For 14k gold, 14k white gold, 9k gold, 9k white gold, S925 sterling silver items, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, and we will charge a 10% restocking fee.

 

How long can I request a return or refund?

To enhance our service, we offer a 60-day return or refund guarantee. This guarantee ensures ample time to receive the parcel and submit return or refund requests.

 

How long does it take to receive the returned items or a refund?

For returned items, we will send you a new package and the delivery time can be found in our Shipping Policy. It typically ranges from 5 to 25 business days, depending on your country.

For refunded items, we will process your refund within 12 hours after confirming your request, and the money will be transferred to your original payment account or PayPal account.

 

How do I initiate a return?

First, please send us an email with your order number, item image, and the reason for the return to support@ouferbodyjewelry.com.

Second, our after-sale colleague will contact you to provide you with the return details. They will inform you of the return address, shipping carrier, and packaging instructions.

Third, please return the parcel to the specified address following our guidelines.

Fourth, we will refund you or resend your item within 12 hours after receiving your return parcel.

 

How do I request a refund?

  • Second, our after-sale colleague will contact you to obtain your PayPal account details for the refund.
  • Thirdly, please provide your PayPal account information, and we will process the refund within 12 hours.

 

About the return shipping cost:

  • For items with quality problems, the return cost is covered by us.
  • For returns related to design or size preferences, the return cost should be covered by you.

 

Can I request a refund after placing an order but before receiving shipping information?

Yes, if you have placed an order and the parcel is still in the warehouse, you can request a refund, and we will process it immediately.

 

Can I request a refund after the parcel has been shipped but has not yet been delivered?

We will first try to contact the shipping carrier to stop the parcel. If the parcel can be halted before leaving our warehouse's country, we will issue a refund.

However, if the parcel has already left our warehouse's country and is on its way to you, we are sorry to inform you that a refund cannot be approved.
