OUFER Body Jewelry pay much attention to item quality and shipping service to bring you the better shopping experience.

But in case you are not satisfied with the item 100%, we make this policy to better serve you for return or refund.

 

Return or Refund Condition

  1. Items of quality problem

As only as the item you received has any quality problem(no matter the 14K gold, titanium or stainless steel material), please do not hesitate to write the email to us (support@ouferbodyjewelry.com) with your order number and item image. We will refund or resend you immediately.

  1. Items with no quality problem but want to return
  • For the 14K Gold/White Gold Body Jewelry: If you made a wrong size choice for the jewelry, you can contact us for refund or resend.

For Refund: We will charge a 20% handling fee, you will be responsible for the refund of the delivery.

For Resend/Exchange: We will charge a 10% handing fee, and you will be responsible for the return and resend delivery.

 

  • For the Other Material Body Jewelry( Titanium/Stainless Steel/Acrylic/Glass): If you made a wrong size choice for the jewelry, you can contact us for refund or resend. But you should be responsible for the return or resend delivery.

How long can I request return or refund?

To provide better service, we offer the 60-day return or refund guarantee, this guarantee can make sure you have a full time to get the parcel and offer return or refund request.

 

How long to get the returned items or refund?

For the return items, we will make a new package to you, the delivery time please refer to the <Shipping Policy>. It usually take 8-25 business days to delivered according to different countries.

For the refund item, we will process in 12 hours after confirm your request, the money will pay you through Paypal.

 

How do I make a return?

First, write the email with the order number, item image and return reason to us (support@ouferbodyjewelry.com).

Second, our after-sale colleague will contact you for the return details, she will let you know the return address, the shipping carrier and package details.

Thirdly, please return the parcel as the guideline we send you to the specific address.

Fourthly, we refund you or resend you in 12 hours after receive your return parcel.

 

How do I make a refund?

About the return shipping cost

For the quality problem items, the returning cost is paid by us.

For the design or size returning, the return cost should be paid by you.

 

Can I request a refund after ordered before getting a shipping information?

Yes, if you made a order, and the parcel is still in warehouse, you can request refund and we will refund you immediately.

 

Can I request refund after the parcel sent but not delivered?

We will first try our best to contact the shipping carrier to stop the parcel, if the parcel is paused before leaving our warehouse country, we will refund you.

If the parcel has left the warehouse country and is on the way to you, I am sorry, the refund can not be approved.
