Amazing customer service

Recently got some new septum rings and loved all of them except one that got damaged in shipping. So I emailed them about the damaged product and I got a quick and very polite response back. Then the item was reshipped to me. So far I love the septum rings I have and enjoy wearing them out with certain outfits. Love the witchy moth especially and feel like it works well with statement piece outfits meant to grab your attention.

Exactly what I was expecting, very cute and fits great. Only downside is the 'tail' of the moth tickles my upperlip. So for future buyers this might be something to look out for.
